Edison Park Community is named after our Historic Victorian Mansion originally owned by the famous Akron Inventor Lewis Miller who held 92 patents. Miller's daughter Mina was married inside in February of 1886 to another famous inventor Thomas Alva Edison. Now a charming apartment building with views of Downtown, Akron, it's rich history gave our neighborhood it's name and stands in the heart of our community.
